⚠️ Important: No Refund Policy

All products sold on IPTVBEE are digital subscriptions, digital codes, and digital content. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and absolutely non-refundable.

1. Digital Products — No Refund

All items available on our platform are digital products including but not limited to:

  • Digital subscription codes and credentials
  • Software license keys
  • Digital content downloads
  • Access codes and activation keys

Once a digital product is delivered, it cannot be "returned" as the content has already been accessed or revealed. Therefore, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Mandatory Acceptance Before Purchase

Before completing any order on IPTVBEE, customers are required to acknowledge and accept the following:

  • All products are digital and non-refundable.
  • By proceeding with the purchase, you agree that you understand and accept this no-refund policy.
  • You confirm that you have read the product description and specifications before purchasing.

No order can be placed without explicitly accepting this refund policy.

3. Identity Verification for Content Access

For security purposes, before you can view subscription credentials, license keys, or download digital content:

  • You will be prompted to confirm your membership identity.
  • You must verify your account information before sensitive content is revealed.
  • Only after successful identity verification will you be able to view subscription passwords or download digital files.

4. Exceptions

In extremely rare cases, the following may be considered:

  • Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product, we will refund the duplicate charge.
  • Technical failure: If a product was not delivered due to a verified system error on our side, we may issue a replacement or credit at our sole discretion.

Even in exception cases, no cash refunds will be processed. Only store credit or product replacement may be offered.

If you believe you have a valid claim under the exceptions above, please contact our support team within 24 hours of your purchase with your order details and a description of the issue.
